All our family dogs and now my own pup have been coming here for years. The staff from reception to the veterinarians are always so lovely and accommodating. Took my 1yr pup for his boosters and the Vet made sure to keep him at ease and not stressed was just so nice. So much so my dog actually loves and pulls to go here!
My daughter took our dog there for treatment in September. I spoke with the vet on the phone regarding how I wished to proceed with the treatment. I instructed him to carry out the basic treatment initially and then more in depth treatment, prices were agreed. When I returned the invoice was for. much higher amount. I was told I did not follow his advice and he didn't have a crystal ball and that's why it was higher. very very rude man. A complaint will be lodged and raised with governing body. Avoid
My cat was neutered and I paid prior to the appointment and when I attended the appointment they asked me to pay and extra £20 due to increased cost otherwise the surgery would not go ahead that day. They also discharged my cat without any pain killers or follow up appointment following major surgery and I was informed she had dissolvable sutures that were indeed, not. Transferred my cats care to another veterinary practice and much more reassured at the treatment provided.
Great team of vets and nursing staff. Always do their best and refer you to specialists when required. Been with them for years with all my pets. From dog, cats to hamsters over the years. They even recall my pets who they have helped pass on when the time has come from years ago. Lovely compassionate team.
Absolutely fantastic team at QCVC. Cannot recommend highly enough. Our dog absolutely loves going there, as he gets lots of love and attention, and the very best care we could hope for. As first time dog owners, it's really reassuring to know our pup's always in safe hands.
My greyhound has been with Queen’s Crescent Vets for a year and a half now for routine visits, but then more recently for the onset of what seems to be epilepsy. He’s also had to have glass removed from paw pads and treatment for a bone infection. So, fair to say, he’s had quite a few visits. Each time we visit, he’s taken good care of and treatments are explained well.
I had to take both my dogs here recently, one with a skin tumour and the other with a cut paw. The staff were very professional and kind to my dogs. Both made a quick recovery.
For sure an oddity within the industry They are very expensive for the services provided. Higher prices should generally translate to higher quality service.. Not here! There are much friendlier and overall superior clinics in Glasgow and affordable!
Great vet practice, staff are so lovely and helpful with any concerns at all cannot recommend them enough
In total my family and i have been using this vet practise for over 30 years. They have in all these years gave a great service treating my animals and also when I have had to board them.
