When you arrive, just check in by calling the reception. You drop off your pet at the back door. Plenty of room to distance in the car park. Staff wear masks too. They will call you to take payment at the end, and discuss your pet while they are examining if they have questions.

It was our first time using this vets. They were amazing so friendly and really put us at ease. Would recommend to anyone.

Covid precautions: We stand under a shelter outside the rear of Albavet and leave cat on a table. Not allowed inside. Slight issue with card payment as the machine doesn't connect well. Staff are great, as usual
