My beloved Moggy was a stray before I found him. I came to Hyndland vets for a second opinion because the first vet we went to just immediately suggested euthanasia due to the massive fluid build up in his abdomen. Dr. Brodie was so kind and took such good care of Moggy, he really cared and suggested tests to find the cause. He referred us to a specialist to do further scans. Although the end result was not what I had hoped for, I am at peace knowing Dr. Brodie gave Moggy a fighting chance. Thank you Dr. Brodie for all that you did for Moggy.
The best! Extremely caring staff who clearly adore animals. They have always been fantastic and are brilliant with my cat. They saw my cat very quickly when I was concerned about her. They are also great at explaining stuff so it makes sense, as someone with a processing disorder I really appreciate this.
These guys are fab! They clearly take a holistic approach to animal care and everyone there has a soft spot for wee critters. I always feel seen and heard and that they're respecting my wee girl and her comfort. They remember your pets and things about them; I walk into reception and they're already asking after her! The staff are very happy to answer questions and explain processes. They're very gentle with the animals and their owners! and I have a feeling I'll be coming here for a long time.
amazing staff and great location. just a perfect vets to have access to if you need it!
We moved to the Practice after having issues with previous vet and how happy we are at the decision. Our little dog needed his eye removed and it was a painful, difficult decision but Helen showed such care and empathy. The treatment and after care has been truly wonderful and he is now hopefully on the road to recovery. Everything is so professional and the staff show they really do care about the pets. I cannot recommend highly enough.
We are so glad we switched to this practice. All of the staff are so friendly and the vets are just amazing. They explain everything clearly and go in-depth when they don't need to, which is really fantastic. They are so lovely and patient with our dogs; you can definitely tell they love working with animals. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Pic of our Beagles - happy and healthy after a visit to the vet!
Got my rabbit Roger registered here when I moved to the area in July, I've since had him there three times, twice for a check and once because I'd had him at the emergency vet one weekend and took him back to make sure nothing had been missed. Each time the vets have been understanding and patient, especially a vet named Catherine who seen him after his emergency visit and when I took him back a week later for another check up. She's always so gentle and patient with him and very reassuring for an overly anxious worried bunny parent.
Lovely surgical team. I have been attending this vet since I was a girl in the 90's and my children now attend here. This is no longer the Hyndland Street you we knew. My daughter received threatening voicemails and letters over an apparent £11.50 balance on her account From a bill well over £500 last year on investigating it turns out it had been paid and was there error. This vet is no longer locally run and is owned by one of the big corporations as it say on there site. my suggestion is find somewhere else that doesn't see you as just a business transaction
Our dog has always loved the vets here and the cat would hate any vet They have great covid secure measures in place with humans waiting outside while their pets are seen. Morgen really took the time to chat to me about Bix the cat both before seeing her and after.
Been coming here for our cats for a few years now and everyone is very friendly. We've always gotten good advice and clear answers to any questions or concerns when it comes to our cats health, whether in person, per mail or on the phone.
