Friendly staff. Easy to find. Nice and clean. Reasonably priced. Everything you could want in a vets. I actually received a phone call from the receptionist to explain they'd forgotten to tell me that I get 4 weeks of free insurance with my kitten starter pack and to just drop in at anytime to sign the form and they'd get it sent off. Just all around great.
We've been taking our pets to the Queens Park vets for many years. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The surgery is very accommodating even in an emergency. Its very obvious all the staff love animals and take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone looking for a vet. Keep up the good work.
Booked my dog in to get spayed and have been waiting well over a month for the appointment. Got there for 9am this morning to see that the shutters were still down. Waited in the rain for 15 minutes before phoning. No one answering calls so we’ve just walked home soaked through. We needed this done before our dog goes into season and will now have to book in elsewhere which might be too late. Zero contact from the vets to say the appointment wasn’t happening, shocking.

My cat Tiny is always super chilled when she visits Queens Park vets. It's a really nice, thoughtful wee practice. Taking your pet to the vet is never easy, it's great to know they are being properly looked after . Would highly recommend.
Great vets practice! Unlike a lot of other professionals dentists, opticians etc every one of the staff here love their job and all their furry clients. Wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.
First time visiting Queens Park Vets and everyone was so lovely. I was 15 minutes late due to problems getting my kitten in the carrier and they were really understanding about it. They made me feel at home and were excellent with my pet.

I was booked an appointment at 11.20, waited outside in the cold for 35 mins and eventually at 11.33 I was told my appointment was at 10.20. Not a text not an email. I have a note saying the appointment was at 11.20 but I was dismissed by someone at the clinic as if I had some kind of disease. I booked this appointment for my pet weeks ago. I have multiple sclerosis and it was a huge effort for me to go to the clinic. I’m Feeling very frustrated
Recommended local vet. Friendly service and food opening hours. They are really great with my dog and give a fair assessment of their prices before carrying out any procedures.
