Bad. You need to queue standing and there are no seats. They could have a machine to give numbers so people could wait seated.
Visited Barclays Bank George street Luton. Was told there was a 45 minute wait to speak to a customer advisor. After 2 hours and reminding staff we were waiting we were seen. I went back to the car park while waiting to top up the parking ticket and still had another 30minute wait. Worst bank I ever visited , Don’t open a account at Barclays I haven’t seen a worse run business There’s lots of Banks around there they are busy but never waited more than 30 minutes , Barclays made us wait 2 hours!! Well done Barclays Bank. The 1 star for the review should really be no stars but 1 is the lowest I can put on this website.
45 minutes wait for a 10:00 appointment, and I to wait nearly 3 weeks for that! Apparently there are problems with the system. Well, systems are notorious for having problems; the question I would ask is why are there no back up procedures in place? Why has there been no explanation to all the people waiting? Who's supposed to be in charge? However, the member of staff I eventually saw was very helpful and professional.
Had to wait standing up almost 1 hour, just 1 stressed person serving, huge queue & customers walking out. Felt ill & stressed afterwards. No time left on carpark, so couldn't do my shopping.
The only reason they ate getting a 1star is because I can't give any less. Doing business banking here for years and it has drastically gone down hill, queues are mental and only ever 2 cashiers on at a time. Average wait is half hour to pick up change. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH BARCLAYS
There is only one help desk and a huge queue to deal with and looks like their management is not interested in helping customers ASAP. All the other employees are just standing on the side. Worst experience to wait for that long.
One person working at the whole branch, 2 hours for a simple transaction.
No staff on to help get the line down, literally stood waiting for an hour. Yet there were people who worked there just standing about, can they not jump on? Are they trained? If not, then why not? What’s the point in paying people to literally stand about? You’re a bank I don’t understand the logic….hilarious!
Absoluitely awful ....... nobody cares here ........ customers HUH!!!!! All i wanted to do was to pay in some cash, there was one ATM working with a massive queue next to it, and the 'customer service desk' was CLOSED ............ SHAMBLES !!!!!
I'm here every week for work purposes and alway have to wait in line over an hour one to two staff behind the counter every day still no change after a year
