Absolutely fantastic!nnOf the hundreds of hire companies I’ve used for cars and vans in the last 25 years this was handsdown the best experience I’ve ever had.nnThe van was brand-new, an incredible long wheelbase Mercedes sprinter. The booking was perfect, the collection was incredible and the special offer for cheaper fuel if returned at a certain level was amazing. The midweek pricing for the van itself was also an absolute bargain.nnBig praise goes to Mahmud who helped with the collection was absolutely fantastic member of staff, really clear, really helpful and super polite.

Wonderful service by the Arnold Clark Rental South Street staff. Rental car was new and a pleasure to drive. Reasonable rental rates and a convenient top up tank option upon return with lower petrol rates. Made the vacation memorable.

Had the pleasure of dropping off our car here as they were the only Arnold Clark open at the time on Sunday in Glasgow, the service was amazing. From the gentleman who helped us with our car inspection tall guy that worked in the afternoon on the 22nd of December - unfortunatelydidn'tget his name, to us getting back to our hotel. Special shout-out to Emilio who dropped us off at our hotel with the shuttle bus. What a great guy ! What a pleasant experience!

Apart from the 2miles walk from Partick to pick up car, whole process was smooth. Hazzy was most patient with me when I needed extra time to sort out wife’s license to be second driver  better to get DVLA code prior to visit. Was phoned to pick up car earlier due to closure on day of HM QE2’s funeral and they didn’t charge me for the additional 2 days! Return of car was easy and offered a ride back. Because of the gift for 2 more days I opted to pay extra to zero the insurance excess and buy fuel from them  return car near empty tank. All in all very pleasant experience.nnSince then, I had rented from Arnold Clark three times within a span of 7 months in 2024. Each occasion I was supplied vehicles in immaculate conditions, almost new, mechanically sound  BMW twice and Nissan once  staff from registration to the bus driver sending me to train station were all warm and efficient.nOnly problem: vehicle GPS maps need updating. The BMW 3 estate took me to a dead end and Nissan guided me into bus/taxi only roads in Aberdeen! Still need Google map as backup.nOverall enjoyable experience
