Maria was excellent:  kind, friendly, efficient, and very helpful.  This is our second time hiring a car with Arnold Clark, and both the cars and the service were outstanding!  We had a larger car this time, as we needed more room for an additional two people and lots of luggage.  It was a newer Skoda vehicle and we loved it.  I don’t have a photo of it directly, but it may be in one of the photos.

It was worth taking a bus ride to and from central Glasgow to use Arnold Clark, and avoid the more centrally located Enterprise who have been consistently terrible. Everything went smoothly with check in and checkout, and the Peugeot 208 was very nice to drive. Great price too. For the 2nd time, a happy customer.

We hired a car from Arnold Clark the service was excellent pick up and drop off seamless car was brand new and more than we expected from a hire car company

I cannot say enough good things about the experience and level of client service at Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental South Street branch, Glasgow! After a horrible experience with another international car hire company, Arnold Clark came to the rescue and arranged a car for me in no time. Fin, who assisted me, was fast, efficient and friendly - a true professional. I was given a lovely car, spotless, at a great price. 5 stars on all levels!

Easy and smooth rental experience. Only negative is they were out of lambos, so we had to settle for a Nissan Juke. ‍nnSpecial kudos to Gillian who was fantastic! Excellent service. Loved the banter!
