Staff were amazing 5 star. Why wife and I arrived from overseas and she became ill needing medical assistance. The staff at Avis were brilliant with our care hire. Helped with directions offered lots of support and we have no complaints. The process broning car back was straight forward.

My wife received fantastic service here on Sunday evening (8th April). Travelling with our grand daughter the rep stayed well beyond the normal hours to meet the delayed flight that my wife was on. Absolutely brilliant service.

Had a car for 31 days and satisfied. Even I had to go change the contract because of maximum duration of 28 days(could be possibly because of my company contract,not sure). However very friendly and helpful. Not an issue, next time I'll go for Avis/Budget again.

To be honest, after reading reviews here, I almost changed car companies prior to our trip. However, we did not. We arrived at the desk on the morning of July 12 exhausted and Ann helped us. She was a DELIGHT. She was upbeat and efficient. Ann was our first interaction in Scotland and she was a GREAT ambassador for the country. Seriously, don't let her go. Give her a raise!
