We've just returned from our first and very successful Motorhome trip. We hired one of the brand new Highlander vans which was luxury on wheels, with everything we needed. Luckily Easter in Scotland was gloriously sunny with crystal clear skies, mill pond Lochs and awesome sunsets. We booked the day before on the spare of the moment. It was a simple transaction with lovely friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend. We will return!

Had smashing week in Scotland touring in one of Open Roads new fiat based motor homes. It took a little while to get use to the width of the van, but was soon at ease and tackling the scenic narrow Scottish backroads. The van is pretty well kitted out with all your needs.  We would have liked van levellers as some sites weren't flat and also found repacking the kitchen helped to cut down on the rattles while driving.  Space wise inside the van was good seeing there was 4 of us (including two teenage boys), plus our dog Woody. We travelled up to Glasgow by train from the South and this all helped us have a perfect week's holiday.

Andy and John at Open Road Scotland were fantastic! Very professional and friendly service. Would definitely recommend this company. Very easy to deal with via email and picking up the van was hassle free as was the drop off. The van was great and very well maintained with all the equipment provided. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday!

High quality van made a trip around the West Coast so much more enjoyable. Andy and John gave a real warm welcome and were excellent in all departments. We had a van that had only been out once before, so it was virtually  brand new! Looking forward to heading back and getting another van to visit even more great new destinations.

Great customer experience John was so kind to us. The van was in excellent condition and very useful too. We really enjoyed our trip partly thanks to the advice and services of the open road scotland team. For all those who want to spend a serene trip do not hesitate.
