Amazing customer service! We were renting a car for 10 days and after driving the first vehicle we got weren't happy with it. They replaced it that night with no problems at all! We drove hundreds of miles all over the country and brought it back to a very easy look-over. Easy to pick up and drop off. My first pick for renting a vehicle.

I will never be renting a car from Enterprise again. They made up "damage" on the sole of the tyres and want to charge up to £150 for new tyres. Please be warned they are scam artists and you will not get your deposit back. I have attached a photo of the tyre they are asking £150 for. 

Update (27/02/18): After many months of letters going back and forth it finally got escalated to regional management. The guy was embarrassed with how staff acted at this branch, gave a full refund and said that they will be put on a training course to make sure it never happens again. Finally!...Justice!...
I will however keep this 1* review just because on the whole it tainted the holiday. Not to mention the amount of time we spent arguing our case.

Absolutely shocking. Upon pick-up in Edinburgh the member of staff was not only rude but pressured us into purchasing an insurance plan on the spot. I felt uncomfortable and under pressure. Upon returning the vehicle there were two tiny scratches on one of the front wheels that WOULDN'T EVEN SHOW UP IN A PHOTO. They charged us for the excess we were pressured to take out a week earlier (funny that!), with no communication from them, just a bill in the mail a month later.  When we rang they pretended not to know anything about it ("Oh did no one get back to your guys?"). There was never any option to bring in our own means of evaluation. Absolute crooks, never ever rent from them.

Everything went well for the most part with our Enterprise UK experience at the Glasgow Airport. This was my first time in the UK which also made it my first time driving in the UK. I didn't exactly know how the experience was going to go, but talking to the desk agent and getting our car went well anyway.

There was some kind of mix-up with the payment where I was being charged for coverage I didn't sign up for and the correct credit card wasn't being used. I ended up getting that sorted out at the Heathrow Enterprise in London where we dropped the car off.

P.S.: The driving for two weeks in the UK (Scotland, Ireland, England, and a tiny bit of Wales) went well! I only ran into the curb a few times and I don't think anyone honked at me, but it seems like people are a little more patient in the UK and seemingly better drivers too.

We hired a car in May. When it was returned there was apparently some minor damage, unfortunately not covered seen we didn't take all-in insurance. We had to leave a deposit off 1000 £...we were told that after sixty days the remaining money after repair would be returned. We were very skeptical about this promise..But exactly 60 days later the whole 1000£ were returned to us!!!!! Seems there was no real need for repair, rather just a rubber scratch. Bottom line: very correct and honest proceedings. We can only recommend this company, a rip off would have been very easy .
