AVOID THEM PLEASE!!! And save yourself a lot of money. I tell you why. I rented a Volvo v40, the car was fine at first. I purchased an upgraded insurance, which brought down my excess cost from Ł1200 (which is ridiculously high anyway) to Ł100. Then driving about 100 miles, I heard a cracking noise. The windshield suddenly cracked just in front of me for about  15cm long, there was not any stone hitting it, just out of the blue it cracked. I called them, drove to the nearest place, got a new car, same extra insurance, this was fine. Returned the new car without any problem and they subtracted the Ł100 excess from my deposit because of the cracked windshield. After about 2 weeks I got a letter from them that the repair cost was more than Ł100 and they charge extra Ł85+$25 handling fees to my credit card, which is happened just now. I will NEVER use their zero service, lot of honest rental companies are out there.

UPDATE!!! After a month of intense chasing them, they finally admitted their fault and paid back the whole overcharge. It was not easy to reach client services though, but finally managed to reach someone who was really helpful, I am really thankful for her! Therefore I corrected them back to 3 stars.

Car I booked and paid for was given to someone else as I was 3 hours after the time I told them I'd pick it up. Was told I could wait an hour till a car arrived or pay £10 for a larger car. I paid the extra money and was given a car that had faulty electrics and broke down the next day. After voicing my grievance I was told I'd get 10 percent off or a free quarter tank of petrol for my next car hire. And its £20 for a days insurance or you have to pay a £1000 pounds excess in any accident. Think I'll try Avis next time.

Definitely the best car rental  service that I ever experienced. It was minus 2 Celsius outside and snow covered all cars but our car (exactly the same which I reserved) was defrosted and ready to go! Ashley from car rental was waiting for us outside (!) with keys in her hand, ready to explain everything. The same when we returned the car, quick and smooth process. 
I have experince with rent a cars in Europe and I'd like to be serviced everywhere the same like in Alamo in Glasgow. Good job!

Super efficient desk. Competitors were jammed and had a long line of people waiting. We were in and out in two minutes flat. 
It's so good to someone to shake hands and say thank you for your business .
