I bought a lot of clothes, and they have a small section just for items that say Scotland or Edinburgh on it or themed. There’s an incredible selection to choose from swimsuits, workout gear, pajamas, beauty products, beach towels, and more. They truly have just about everything! The store spans multiple floors, each packed with options. I absolutely loved shopping here.
There was a very rude and disrespectful staff member in the men’s section. She was older in age, but her behaviour was extremely unprofessional and even discriminatory. The way she spoke to me was offensive and made me feel very uncomfortable — I honestly didn’t feel safe or welcome in the store. She clearly treated me differently from other customers, which completely ruined my shopping experience.
One of the best branches I have visited and very tidy
Went to the Hello Kitty cafe on Level 3, and it was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and the food was great. Great views of the Castle, too.nnIt's only there until mid-June, when it becomes the Lion King cafe, so be quick if you want to catch it!
I love primark and their prices are great. But for the love of everything holy…why are your bathrooms in such a bad state? My wife went to the female bathroom and had the same bad experience.nBad smell. Bad state of bathrooms…tissue everywhere. Broken soap dispensers. Funky marks and stains on the walls and stalls.nSoap and tissue are available and hand dryer…nBut please kindly take care of your restrooms!nIt really messed up my shopping experience.nYou can do better primark!!!
