Too smooth for its own good. Every word uttered every modicum of good mood leads to one target : sales. But stores along the same special street offer patience and zoom on satisfaction. They know happy customers pay return visits, and pay at the end they do, gladly.

Well laid out to deal with lots of Saturday shoppers. Able to browse uninterrupted but plenty of staff available if you want help or to buy something.

Disappointing after begrudgingly paying for a battery replacement (as computer said no) despite having Apple Care+, that then the phone is returned with the screen incorrectly assembled to the extent they couldn't even fix it and had to replace. Poor attention to detail. Poor "leadership team" support from "Neal" who chose to hide out the back rather than come to deal with a service failure. Mistakes happen in any business how they're handled is the difference between 1* and a positive experience.

iPhone 7 stopped charging half way through a 2 month overseas trip which saw us in Edinburgh at the time. Dropped into the local Apple Store in a bit of a panic as all travel vouchers etc were stored in the phones hard drive. Suffice to say the matter was resolved with ease (debris caught in lighting plug) and all of the team members with whom we had interactions with were first class.....from initial greeting to remedy. Excellent experience!!!
