Amazing. Friendly staff and contrary to other reviews they absolutely do not judge before letting you in lol! I was in combats and trainers and was treated with class. I bought a lovely bag and never felt pressured or rushed. The staff also allowed my dog in and made a huge fuss of her. 10/10
Great exprience, Staff were really accommodating. Visited on my birthday and got a little note with my purchase wishing me a happy birthday made it all that bit better and more personal. Laurel I believe my sales associate was called thank you for the experience will be back next time I'm in Edinburgh.
The worst LV shop I have ever visited. Good position with high exposure rate, but with a poor range of product availability. You may not find what you need. The staff there is absolute trash. Some sale members are really arrogant and rude. They speak with poor foreign accents. They have disgusting bad breath. They will judge you by your appearance and will whisper and ridicule you when you are visiting the shop. Do you want to meet some well-dressed idiot Here is the place. The most unforgivable thing is that when I was inquiring about a kind of backpack for one of my female relatives who are not in the UK, the staff asked me to leave their poor mouse hole immediately because they refuse to sell goods to someone who is not on the scene. That really confused me since I visited LV shops so many times, and I never heard about that! They don't need my purchase so I went to Gucci and Burberry shops nearby. The worst LV shopping experience I ever had!
This review is about this specific store, not LV products as they are timeless crafted pieces which are excellent investments and last a lifetime. However I have to say this was the WORST experience I’ve had in Louis Vuitton. Upon walking in there were kids everywhere i thought id walked into a nursery. Thankfully the shop did quiet down by the time I made a purchase, but it was definitely off putting. Had to hunt for a staff member to help me with my purchase and he wasn’t very knowledgeable about the products. He was friendly and polite but doesn’t really help when you don’t know what your store has in stock. This store doesn’t not give any essence of making a luxury purchase - if I had closed my eyes given all the noise and screaming going on I could have easily been in Primark. Wouldn’t return to this store in future rather in a different location or online.
How lovely to treat yourself with LV. I’ve been served by a new lady staff Marby , she was excellent in helping me to find the suitable gift, she was amazing and lovely . I think I’ve chosen the right store for myself. Thanks LV
Excellent visit to store with top class service from Caitlin. Made to feel welcome by all the staff but friendly and engaging assistance from Caitlin when daughter was selecting her bag. The addition of the personalised message in the box was a lovely and much appreciated touch.
Took my Clemence, Speedy and Key Holder in for repair. My Clemence arrived back today wonderfully new looking and they were even kind enough to re-box her for me. Wonderful service!
Went in looking for a wallet for my dad's birthday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Was also shown the aftershave & I bought one of them for myself too. Great brand & shop, would not fault my experience. A special shout out to Liam who is very helpful.
I purchased a pair of sunglasses in March at £445.00. Obviously given the weather in Scotland May was my first time wearing them and the lens fell out whilst walking down the street. I called to find out how to return them and was greeted by the most obnoxious man by the name of Rathel who told me that Louis Vuitton doesn't offer a warranty on any of the products that they sell and that I should have checked them better when purchasing them. I was also told not to bother returning them as they would just be returned to me. The deplorable attitude must be a requirement on your CV to work for this company.
