Pleasantly surprised by the experience here, considering it's in the heart of town and a bit of a tourist destination. We planned on going on Monday afternoon but there was a queue and 45 min wait to get in by the time we arrived (around 4.30pm) which was actually a good sign because they operate a max people policy so it was one in, one out at this point to ensure no overcrowding. We were fortunate enough to be able to return on the Weds morning so arrived shortly after opening at 10am and had a lovely 2 hours. It's plenty of time to enjoy the outdoor/open air rooftop pool, the sauna, steam rooms, ice room etc and the basement pool which has a light current so you can float around at ease. Both pools provide pool noodles to help you float around. Both lovely and warm, extra nice on a cold but sunny Feb day! Robes and flip flops and towels provided and you can keep the flip flops! We didn't have any treatments but actually didn't feel we needed them. We left feeling so relaxed and our skin felt great too! Worth a visit if you can fit it in on your next trip to Bath.

100% the place to visit when your in Bath even though its a tourist destination it never feels uncomfortable and you can always find your own little space to just chill. The New steam rooms are much improved from the old and the roof top spa pool is great as aways in all weathers. We had a couples massage and the staff were very welcoming and attentive to your needs with an offer of a herbal tea at the end and no rush to leave the rest room. The restaurant is very nice clean and the food is served in good time. The only one problem I had was at the front desk at the start the guy said we where to early for our booking and didnt seem to understand that we where happy to pay for the extra time to come in early, instead he hinted that we come back at 3pm back out in the cold?? This was not the start we wanted but after we suggested that we where happy to pay the extra he gave us our bands but it turned out at the end we didn't owe any extra ?? So why the fuss?

Expect a somewhat long wait if you pick a weekend. We ended up in the queue for about 45 minutes. £40 per person gets you 2 hours and access to all the pools and saunas. You can pay extra for massages. As far as a one -off experience goes, I'm glad ive been and did have a nice time. It was busy but not overly crowded thanks to the one in one out policy which explains the queues. I feel it is a little overpriced but otherwise a nice relaxing way to spend time in Bath.

Excellent facilities. Very clean throughout. Loved the steam rooms. Very relaxing. Roof top pool was a little colder than normal due to the cold strong winds. Had lunch at the restaurant. Which was the Moroccan spicy chicken tagine and it was amazing.

Took the missus here for her birthday and it was amazing. They have a great rooftop heated pool with some pretty good views on a good day. The massages and downstairs pools were also up to standard. Have been there twice already since.
