Went for an Afternoon Delight Spa Experience, no therapist so had to just use the facilities and afternoon tea in which the lactose free option was plain gluten free bread and cucumber filling and then fruit. No attempt at lactose free scones or cakes. Actual spa facilities are nice and clean. Would recommend use of spa for a nice hour or two in afternoon but food was not good. Very expensive for what it is.

Visited The Greenhouse restaurant. Parking seems to be limited at the moment, due to ongoing building work, but wasn't a big problem. Food was really good and it is very nice environment to have a meal in. Service was good, though half the table had no forks, so we had to ask for them, but only a minor thing. Very good overall.

We enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant. It is attached to a luxury retirement development BUT anyone is welcome to turn up and eat at the restaurant
