I visited the clinic just before Christmas and from start to finish I received the most amazing service.  Lisa was on reception and she made me feel very welcomed and relaxed, she was so friendly I felt comfortable from the moment I entered.  Debbie removed the mole from my nose and was so attentive and thorough, ensuring the best result possible. I appreciated both the time she took and the gentle nature in which she treated me. I was a little nervous due to the location of the mole but right away Debbie and Rosie her assistant, make me feel relaxed and reassured. The whole process was pain free and the healing process is going very well. They were both extremely professional as well as kind natured, and I am very grateful to them both.  I would recommend anyone visit and should I ever need a similar service again I would not hesitate to return.  Thank you all

My partner came for a procedure this afternoon with Debbie and Rosie.  The Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. We received a 5* service throughout our whole visit.  My partner was made to feel extremely relaxed and comfortable throughout his procedure and he couldn’t thank Debbie and Rosie enough for going above and beyond.  I was kindly offered a drink whilst waiting for my partner- a small gesture but made the experience for me really lovely and I was just the taxi driver!  Thank-you snowberry lane especially Debbie and Rosie for making the whole experience for mainly my partner and myself a very positive one!  5 from us  Please pass on our thanks!

I would recommend this skin clinic to all. I’ve never been treated so well. Absolute wonderful friendly staff. Yes it’s a private clinic and yes it’s not particularly cheap but to go in for a chat and come away with procedures done is second to none. One happy customer ..

The clinic was excellent, my cyst was removed leaving no scar. The staff were very polite and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I have yet to receive treatment but I couldn’t fault any of the staff at my consultation, so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t wait to go back for my treatment!

Debbie was very kind patient,caring and professional.  I would recommend the clinic very highly right down to the very friendly receptionist.

Excellent service from a great team, from the front of house right through to the treatment rooms. The Registered nurses are particularly skilled and professional, offering reassurance and kind consideration. I highly recommend this clinic.

3.5 stars  I had heard a lot about the Snowberry Clinic over the years and wanted a body treatment they had. I didn't realise until paid and booked in for the course that the original husband and wife owners had sold the company which was reflected in some of the service I was provided.  The positives were that the treatment was great, the ladies who looked after me liked their jobs and that showed, and they were knowledgable and helpful and I felt happy and comfortable throughout.  The negative was the reception team was a bit of a 'mess', they sent the wrong appointments on the texts and rang when I didn't have appointments to say I had missed an appointment which I hadn't. This was blamed on the system they had which is fine but this continued throughout the 6 weeks of treatment which became somewhat frustrating and one receptionist was lovely whilst another was rather rude.  Overall an okay experience, but personally glad that the ladies who attended me were very nice and I wasn't dealing with front of house very often.
