I had an amazing first experience attending the Mat Work Level 1 course The Chapel APPI studio last weekend. I have taken away a lot of knowledge from the course which will be highly beneficial in my practise. The course presenter Lucy Hammond was brilliant at demonstrating, teaching and making the content of the course fun and engaging. Thank you APPI for starting my Pilates journey!
APPI deliver world class Pilates education in-house and online. If I'd know how beneficial Pilates was to health and fitness before I became a qualified PT, I'd have enrolled for their courses first! Knowing what I do now, I'm convinced that I would have become a better and more experience Personal Trainer if I'd studied Pilates with APPI.
I completed matwork and so many of the brilliant CPD courses on offer. Particular favourites are scoliosis management, Pilates for runners abs ante-post natal but I could go on. Look no further for Pilates training, whether you’re at the beginning of your journey or looking to advance and enhance your practise. Informed by research, years of clinical experience and captivating tutors - the absolute best!

Just completed my Matwork level 3.Thoroughly enjoyed every minute.Great to have revision of Matwork 1+2 before starting.Great demonstrations with concise instructions.Showing how to vary the exercise to suit capability. I love Pilates for my own physical and mental well being.I practice daily with my own program.I try to convey the benefits to all my patients. Highly recommend APPI for courses.
Another excellent course and Lucy Hammond is a fantastic instructor. Really professional course and very relevant to my Physio role. Plenty of time for practice and to ask questions. Will be completing my practice hours and getting booked onto the exam next.
I’ve benefitted hugely from every APPI course I have attended. From the Matwork courses, to reformer on the mat, therapeutic yoga and recently ante&post natal Pilates, every course is up to date, relevant and immediately implementable. Recommend widely. I think the popularity of Pilates classes delivered by APPI trained instructors speaks volumes.
I attended The Chapel, London for the Healthy Hips CPD course last week and loved it. Kristina who delivered the course had so much knowledge and put it across to us in a fun and engaging way. Her passion was clear for all to see. I am a level 3 mat Pilates instructor however was not initially trained by Appi, neither am I a physio. I was worried I was not going to keep up, but the information was given in a clear and concise way with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and to feel the exercises for ourselves. The unlimited snacks, tea and coffee were a bonus. I came away with lots of great ideas to help my clients and hungry for more. I will definitely be back. Thank you APPI.
I have completed APPI matwork levels 1&2 and am signed up to do level 3 in March. I love APPI as they provide quality training courses and products for all physiotherapists. I have been able to expand my career and am now teaching multiple weekly Pilates classes. I would definitely recommend the courses.
