Verner & Dmitri are the best reformer trainers I've ever been with.
I never expected to become addicted and enjoy so much these classes. You are pushed to the best possible way and you feel better physically and mentally. My flexibility, balance and muscular strength have been improved. Dmitri and his crew are amazing experienced instructors and great people. Highly recommended!
Couldn't recommend the Epoch team enough! Trainers are very professional, work outs intense and results are quick. I've been going for a few years and has helped my back and hip issues a great deal. Best reformer pilates I've tried in London and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
I was struggling with back issues and a friend recommended Dimitri‘s classes. The pain has been so much better and my overall strength and flexibility have improved tremendously, I can only recommend this course! They really know what they’re doing here and are super friendly and patient with a newbie like I was haha
Amazing Studio, all the trainers are extremely professional and make the classes dynamic and fun while getting fantastic results.
I have never tried pilates before this summer, however, I have been loving the classes! Both Demitri and Jane are amazing, they have very different styles but you get an equally tough workout with either. The class number is small enough that you get the one to one instructions without getting lost. Highly recommend!
Dimitri is a brilliant Pilates teacher! his class is the best i have ever been to and his programme is excellent, i cannot recommend enough. I have toned my body within 10 classes and for a lazy person with a head injury he is very motivational and also patient and kind to all his students.
