Having procrastinated for years about trying a pilates class I finally took the leap of faith and booked a class with Dimitri. As a complete novice I'd be lying if I didn't say it was with trepidation. Dimitri is a great teacher though and I felt completely at ease from the moment I arrived and I was guided when needed throughout. Next weeks class is already booked, thank you!
One of the best pilates trainers in London. Dmitry is highly knowledgeable and experienced, I feel so much stronger and healthier and look so much better!. Sessions are always so challenging and fun. Can't recommend enough!
It’s an amazing ReformerPilates studio and especially stretching classes. Convenient location, nice studio, small group classes. Fantastic coach Dmitriy is about high professionalism and passion to the fitness. Diverse and well intense classes will help one feel stronger, stretcher and happier. Highly recommended!
I have been with Epoch for 1 year and a half, and I must admit I am totally addicted to its Pilates classes. I feel much better after every class, definitely stronger and more flexible. Instructor Dmitri is a great one, each class varies from the previous one and engages different parts of the body. I love the music choice, it gives a nice vibe to the session. The only disadvantage is a limited space for changing rooms but it still does not stop me to give up with Epoch as I love it! Highly recommend!
I went for the reformer pilates class and this is the best one I've tried in Fitzrovia. Dmitri is very professional, encouraging and friendly, and makes the classes feel very welcoming. The combination of reformer and rowing is very unique and quite effective! I can definitely recommend this studio!
I've been coming to Epoch Fitness for almost a year now, having never done reformer Pilates before. I'm now hooked. The classes are dynamic, focused and at times challenging. Which I love! The instructors always push us to do more, obviously according to your ability. There is attention to detail in each exercise, and at times it feels as though you are having a one-to-one session with the instructor. They are always nearby, ready to make sure that you're doing the exercise correctly and effectively to achieve your goals quicker. My strength, flexibility and muscle tone have improved so much since I started. In the sessions you work muscles you didn't even know existed! After every class I feel mentally and physically great and I always look forward to the next one. There are no other Pilates classes in London like the ones at Epoch Fitness and I totally recommend them.
I have been attending Epoch Fitness classes weekly for over a year now and I have seen substantial improvements in fitness, strength but also overall well-being. Dimitri is an excellent instructor, each class is very dynamic and always challenging. At the end of each pilates session, I always have the feeling to have done a great workout - I highly recommend Epoch Fitness!
Dmitri and his team are very knowledgeable and everyone has a passion for Pilates while keeping a close eye on technique and execution. The classes are challenging they do push you as well as enjoyable with visible results. For me it was a great way to get back into shape after pregnancy but even one year one I don’t feel that I plateau.
The most efficient exercise ever! The dynamic Pilates has the great balance between toning, strengthening and increasing flexibility. After an hour exercise at Epoch fitness, I always feel that my body works as hard as an intensive personal training session but without muscle pain. I started the class with an aim to be healthier and stronger, than losing weight and toning was a bonus. After a month attending Dmitri's class once or twice a week, I could fit into the dress and jeans that I couldn’t fit for years. I tried personnel training sessions in other gyms before but I’ve never seen my body changing this fast. I feel so lucky to find Epoch fitness and dynamic Pilates, and I cannot recommend it highly enough!
Pilates classes at Epoch Fitness are amazing. I have been going for over a year and have seen brilliant results. Dimitri is an excellent instructor and makes sure that each class is different and suited to individual needs and fitness levels. Full body workout, challenging with the feel-good factor. I’m hooked!
