Mindful Movements Yoga is a company based in North and Central London founded by Hana and Aya Saotome.
Mindful Movements was born on a cold winters day, 2009 in Finsbury Park. Inspired by the idea of Yoga in this lovely park, we grew and built our once a week class into what is now our full time biz Mindful Movements. Mindful Movements shares our passion of Yoga and movement to people of all walks of live. We now offer classes, courses and workshop in Finsbury Park and surrounding areas. Our venues are all located N4 to N7. We also offer corporate wellness programmes throughout London and Yoga Retreats in UK and Europe. Please checkout our web site for more info.
