Pilates Central provides is a state-of-the-art Pilates studio based in the heart of Islington near Angel tube. A full range of Pilates equipment including reformer machines is available and your programme will be fully customised to your needs.

Please note the studio is closed between the hours of 2 - 3pm Monday to Friday.

After my intro session, had inconsistent instruction and was often ignored which made it hard for me to develop independence. Seems like it might be good for advanced practitioners but as a complete beginner this was money down the drain.
