Having visited lots of yoga studios across London, I have been really impressed by the standard of teaching at The Yoga Quarter. I have now attended 3 hot yoga classes with Sophie and would really recommend her classes to those considering trying the practice for the first time! I was worried about over-exerting or injuring myself, but it was clear from the outset that Sophie is a knowledgeable practitioner who knows how to challenge your limits in a safe and reassuring way. The classes are well-timed, pacey and engaging and the studio itself is clean and nicely finished. Front of house is really friendly and the changing rooms have showers, lockers and everything you need. Thank you Yoga Quarter!
I am doing the intro offer 20 days unlimited for £45. I love the hot pilates classes - I have been doing them nearly every day and even as a person new to this, I get a lot out of each class. The facilities are good and the staff are. lovely. I particularly the hot barre class - I wish there were more of them! I always leave feeling good :
I just started my journey with hot yoga classes and I must say I really enjoy it. Yoga quarter is a lovely place to go very friendly personnel. All teachers I had classes so far are amazing. I love yin yoga classes with Laura her voice is so calming and relaxing. I recommend it to anyone.
It was the first time I attended a hot yoga class. At the beginning, I found it overwhelming. However, I started to fall in love with it after a few classes. I improved a little bit every time. And I felt refreshed and released after the training. The staff, the teachers and the members are nice. I really recommend their classes.
Love this Yoga studio. The facilities are great, a very good sized changing room with showers, hair dryers, all you need. The teachers are super professional, I have attended various classes with different instructors and was always very happy. I would recommend Hippy Therapy on Sundays with Michael if you want a more dynamic, work-out style class
One of my favourite studios in London. Every instructor I've practised with has been very supportive and accommodating. Super welcoming, safe space for all levels of yoga practice
Great studio. My only criticism is I didn’t like that they didn’t play music at the beginning of each hot vinyasa class. Also, it would smell a little when you entered the class from the previous one. Other than the studio is nice and the teachers are good.
I have tried a number of Bikram yoga studios in London but The Yoga Quarter is definitely my favourite one : Not only I like the studio’s physical appearance cute space, always clean, lovely studio but also it’s lovely staff who are always very kind and helpful and are checking after you. All of the teachers have also been great and I think each of them add their own personal touch to the classes which I really like. The heat in the room is also always spot on which I’m very happy with as some other studios I have e.g. sometimes experienced to be too cold at least I personally practise Bikram as I’m after the extreme sweating along with it!. Thanks to everyone at the studio for making every class nice and special :
I am thoroughly enjoying the classes at TYQ. The teachers are all excellent. I also love the atmosphere in the studio, everyone is very friendly including the ladies on reception. The ginger and lemongrass tea after class is the cherry on top! :-
I love TYQ! Great instructors and community. The variety of classes is unlike anything else I have found in my area. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of whole body fitness and yoga.
