Story

Down to Earth offers a wide selection of yoga styles: Mysore, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Restorative, Mindfulness....and Pilates in a friendly environment.
We welcome all; from beginners to experts. For expectant mums there’s Pregnancy classes and for parents/carers with little ones there’s Baby & Me and Baby Massage. We also offer specialist yoga for Kids and Seniors, as well as the morning Mysore programme.

I've been coming to this yoga studio since 2016. I've changed houses twice in this period, but never the yoga studio. Love it so much! So yesterday I decided to treat myself to a pregnancy massage. It was amazing and I felt I was floating after. Will definitely book in another one in the next couple of weeks!

I had a deep tissue massage with Cary Perkins no relative ! and it was just sublime. She is so talented and intuitive managing to ease out my tensions with a confident ,healing touch. I will definitely be back. Felt very easy to trust her to know exactly how to work and I suspect there was a bit of shiatsu or Swedish massage in there too. Thank you.

Lovely, well appointed studios. Good teachers. Please ensure studio location stated in both confirmation and receipt emails, as I ended up at wrong studio.  Workshops often booked months in advance, so don't always remember where booked.

I have been attending your pregnancy yoga classes on a Saturday mornings with Mina.  I just wanted to thank you so much for physically bringing me back down to earth.  Your classes have been such a wonderful and precious part of my pregnancy I wish I could continue them all the way until the end, but I can’t take you in my suitcase back to Australia.  Prior to pregnancy I also attended classes at this studio and it is a really calm space with all kind and warm teachers. X

Small studio that manages to have extremely knowledgable regular teachers on the books. Never been disappointed and not learned something new. The studio can get a bit hot in summer but you forget once you’re in your flow and there are fans. Very friendly staff. Can also recommend the weekend workshops!

Really lovely space. Am sure the move to the new site will it be an improvement. Reception staff was very welcoming and Kieran was a really kind teacher who took us through a beautiful restorative class.

I love the yoga classes at Down to Earth, but just this weekend tried out the massages there. I had a pregnancy massage with Majra and just cannot say enough good things. She was professional, attentive, listened to all my inputs, and did an amazing job. I had previously had a very bad experience at another spa for a pregnancy massage, so thank goodness I found Majra who changed my whole opinion on it!
