Currently in the process of buying a house through this estate agents.  Communication has been abominable, that’s if they eventually answer the phone. They state they will call you back and never do.  The seller of the house wasn’t overly impressed as it took a good while to put a for sale sign up and needed to get on at them.  My dealing with this company have been extremely poor, Stewart in particular as his attitude is abrupt and unhelpful and to top it off he hung up the phone on me. I do not recommend this company as a buyer or a seller.

I only wish I could give 0/5 stars.  
Horrible experience, mortgage advisor Craig ignored requests and phone calls to update me on my mortgage. Turns out, the application failed and he never informed me until the week before I was supposed to move into my new place. He eventually sorts it out after having me into the office a bunch of times to hand over more documentation and bank statements etc for a new mortgage and sort his mess out. Costs me in the region of £850 more than what I was expecting. I complain to Connells for compensation and receive £100.  
Absolute Joke. Avoid this place at all costs.
