My wife and I recently sold my late sister’s flat and found TipTop Estate agents to be just what their name says – tip top.  It is a family business but totally professional in every way.  The team, led by Frances, are friendly and efficient. She and her son David go out of their way to help.  We were given expert advice and the flat sold very quickly with no problems at all.  We would confidently recommend them to everyone looking for an honest and fair estate agent.

Frances and her team are excellent and affordable property agents. I cannot recommend them enough. Frances has a great knowledge about Glasgow properties in particular and the current market. She was extremely helpful, efficient and most of all was very caring and provided reassurance when I was new to selling properties. She also went above and beyond and offered to provide extra help when I was unable to be in Glasgow also which was really appreciated. Frances also recommended an excellent solicitor who I would now always work with. Overall my experience with them was excellent, personal and simple. Thank you Frances and everyone on the team.
