From the first call to set up a valuer to come out, we were impressed by Kieran.  His warm, genuine, professional manner blew me away.  Then when David the valuer came to the property he sealed the deal and we knew we were going to use Allen and Harris.  Davids sincerity and care for what he does shone through and he knows his properties inside out.  He spoke complete sense and valued our property correctly based on facts and figures from surrounding similar like for like properties.  His  approach was a breath of fresh air as we have dealt with many other estate agents and been exceptionally unimpressed by their sales pitch and the nonsense they spoke.  The entire process was fast, efficient, our property was on the market straight away, they organised the home report directly along with the solicitors quote.  Then there is Paula the dark horse in the back ground who pulls the whole thing together adding her professional touch! Even the viewers were all qualified and no time wasters. A huge thank you to you all for selling our property in under one week. We could not rate this team and this branch highly enough!!!

Highly recommend this estate agent. From start to finish the service we received buying our flat was flawless. Almost all of our dealings were with Kieran who deserves a huge amount of credit for a very young man he behaved in a highly personable and professional manner at all times - very knowledgable too despite only a few months on the job - he was eager to assist and answer any questions we had with the confidence of someone who had been doing the job all his adult life! An absolute natural! Would definitely use this firm again.

As a first time buyer I had a positive experience with Allen and Harris. I would especially recommend their mortgage services consultant Emma who has very extremely helpful throughout the process and always ready to reply to any query I had.

The very friendly, helpful staff at the Dennistoun Branch helped me buy my flat last month.  As a first time buyer, they kept me fully informed and explained everything to me through the whole process.  Paula and Connor the mortgage advisor from Sequence were especially great and would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family.

Have just completed flat sale through Dennistoun branch,also dealt with them when I purchased the flat in 2013. Would highly recommend them . Have also used their mortgage advisors Sequence on more than one occasion and had a very positive experience.
