I had a slip through the door saying someone had been to collect a hospital bed and air mattress. I called the number to find out what's going on as the door bell had not been rung. They got in touch with the driver who has gone on his lunch! This was at 11am. The collection times are til half 11!!!! She said hes not coming back to wv12 and this afternoon hes doing different scheduled collections! They are based at wv12! Hes obviously took an early lunch when he couldve come back and used his last half hour to do what he shouldve done in the first place! and now ive got to wait til Thursday next week. When booking A WEEK AGO I was told I would have a call to tell me am or pm and I had nothing.
Good efficient service but no one at reception to answer the phone. Found it impossible to find on Maps. Sign outside is blurry and small. It's next to the ambulance service. Through the blue gates and on the far left.
