One of the best park to visit in Glasgow. No entry feefree. It is close to my house so I visit almost every week. Playground: A decent play ground for kids Picnic area: Yes! You can do here
Well kept park in the east end, so generally quieter than west end parks. Great for some early morning birdwatching in the city with a range of habitats throughout the park. Open grassland areas and play park good for dog walking and kids respectively!
Damn I love this park. Next to the train platform and goes all the way back a fair distance. plenty of stuff in it including a wee fountain, little pond and a decent park. Plenty of places to chill as well. Big fan.
This green space is a great little walk around in the east end. There is also a large pond and old fountain to see and enjoy! Take the family for a few hours break.
Really well kept Park in Glasgow's East End. Lots to explore amongst the winding pathways. Play equipment for small kids including a sandy area and one for ball games. Ponds with ducks and swans. Woodland trails with lots of squirrels to spot. Great views back over the city and to the south. Grab food from Alexandra Parade and have a picnic.
Nice park. Good for running, you can make some good runs and you can vary them to make it has hard or as easy as like. Well kept park, though they seem to want let fountain just fade away.
Alexandra Park is popular for cycling, running and people out for a walk. Good variety of birdlife and plenty of grey squirrel. Large open spaces for dog walking. Playground: There are 2 playgro7nds for kids; 1 is a sandy area, and the other has swings and climbing frames. Restrooms: Restrooms are well kept and are located at the sports hub.
Lovely park great for walks and runs, lots of animals on show!
Beautiful park with lots of wildlife. Watch out for irresponsible dog owners who let their dogs attack the swans.
Amazing park for everything and everybody it's kid friendly and pet friendly the reason I was there was with me in my dog my wee sister and her dog in my wee brother and his dog but it would also be a excellent park for exercise with the size of it plenty of good walk and jogging places and it's kept very clean and well maintained would recommend anyone to walk there dog here or go with there kids or to exercise but just make sure you pick up in bin your mess kept our park the park it is please and there is also a golf course at this park to and field's for playing sports
