Bigger than I thought. Some good views and they have a Frisbee course! Great for dog walks. Some nice landmarks near by
A cute park that breaks away from the city vibes. Lots and lots of greenery, wild areas and even frisbee goals. Great for relaxing on a warm day or just stretching the legs. The flagpole leaves a little to be desired as greenery is now hiding a lot of the view. What you can still see on the other hand looks amazing!!
Great park. Great views from top park & up at the flagpole. Beautiful sunsets. Outside gym & basketball park. Benches. Playground: 3 different playgrounds for kids, an outside gym & basketball park. Dog-friendliness: Dog Friendly,not enough bins though.
Was there for a Parkrun, really nice park. Dog-friendliness: Big wide open spaces, lots of stuff to sniff.
How satisfied you will be with a park depends upon what you want from a park. Despite living not far from Ruchill Park I had never been in it until yesterday since other local parks would certainly have been very busy. Ruchill Park was quiet except for a couple of families and some dog walkers. It was much bigger than I expected. The park is well cared for and has areas which have been left to nature. Great view from the flag poll at the top of the hill and the park was an unexpected delight
Beautiful views of the city centre, only if people stopped throwing rubbish on the streets... But I guess that is just part of Scotland. Is a shame having this beautiful and green country and not taking care of it
Loved this park. Great basketball court and a spare hoop for balling. Great areas for the kids to play about and excellent views of the city as well. If its exercise you want then this would suit all your needs as well.
The new fencing around the park is looking very good , great work boys , working hard in that blistering sun to, great job keep it up. Hope the locals appreciate the work gone into it . This is our community keep it tidy please everyone . And pick up your dog mess !
