Great place to stay. Breakfast and dinner on property was great. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Room service was just right. Everything back to day one condition without moving anything that was our guest property. Good security. Your room card is required to leave the lobby; & access the elevator. For Americans it would be Nice to have a room thermometer; because the wall mounted panel heater has a control about a foot of the floor but there isn’t any indication of temperature or number or color indicator of how the heater is set. Other than an unfamiliar non US heater control the remainder was wonderful. Note: all room storage is “open” shelving; there is no dresser or chest of drawers, at least in our single king bed set up. Other rooms may differ. Five stars!
Excellent service!!nMyself and my husband are visiting Dublin for the first time and there was a young man behind the bar who gave us bountiful recommendations of places to see around the city to make the most of our few days - as well as wonderful drinks. Thank you Anand, we'll definitely be back!
The room was fine enough and a good temperature but the bathroom was a bit average and we didn't have enough cups or mugs for the number of guests. The cleaning staff were very respectful despite me being in the way every day. There was a bus stop right outside and a train station about 8min walk away. The breakfast included was very enjoyable.
One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. I booked a room for 3 nights starting 29th to 31st to relax with my family after exploring Dublin and enjoying my holidays. My main purpose of getting a good hotel was to relax, get refreshed, rest and sleep properly. However, when I was going to have a shower on my return the bathroom was not draining and was clogged. The exhaust wasn't working as well. I called the reception and they said they would send a plumber in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the plumber arrived and left after 10 minutes to take some tools and returned after 20 minutes. He came back again and took a whole load of hair from the drain and left around at 12.15 am at night.nnI feel absolutely terrible about the experience I had at this hotel. I had to deal with all these work whilst I was meant to take rest and sleep. I was not able to sleep until 1am after I took shower which I had to wait until the repairing. Also the reception staff never followed up with me even after the multiple calls I placed to get this issue sorted.
I will say first that the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. We were able to check in very early on the day we arrived and that meant the world to us. The bed was very comfortable, and our room was spacious. The bathroom was a little confusing, but I’m not sure if that was because I was in a new country or what. My only complaint was the shower never got hot. We could take a hot bath, but not a hot shower… always lukewarm. That got a little old, but was ultimately not a major issue.
