"We have availability in September 2023.We do mid term rentals from 1 month to 4.Suitable for people who need a home from home on a temporary basis: the reasons have been varied and we have sucessfully hosted many guests at this stage.Rent is €3,850 per month and includes all bills. Our apartments are ready to move into and have the basics to start you off for your stay. We aim to look after our guests as well as we possibly can and accommodate to your needs where possible so can provide a cot, high chair etc.Please get in touch if you have any questions. Perfect for us! We stayed here for 5 months and couldn’t have been more pleased with this accommodation and location. Our hosts were excellent to work and communicate with from the rental agreement, banking transactions, the smooth arrival directions from airport, entry codes, Wi-Fi, the welcome items in the fridge, and the comfy bedding. The location for an extended stay in Dublin was very convenient to our work locations at UCD and Trinity via bus, walk, or bicycle. What is best is the walking distance in either direction to Ballsbridge or Donnybrook for groceries, household or technical needs, cafes, pubs, Herbert Park, and Aviva Stadium. If you have a car there is gated parking, no street parking necessary which is a godsend. It is a safe and interesting neighborhood to explore and feel a part of. The apartment has everything you need, is in very good condition, and well maintained. Highest recommendation for this host and property!
