A great place for a delightful afternoon tea with a friend birthday or whatever. Treat or maybe just a general afternoon chat and catch up. A great venue and a great location. Staff are always so polite and very helpful.
Fantastic location by Liverpool Street Station in London and the hotel serves quite nice afternoon tea Prosecco deal. Nice cosy seating and quiet to enjoy such beautiful dishes. I throughly enjoyed myself over here. The only missing the star was the room a bit warm where I sat. Otherwise this is a great place to relax for a Prosecco and have an afternoon Tea treat.
Nice afternoon tea served by lovely and polite manager
Really poor experience at afternoon tea, couldn't drink so we were offered one mocktail each - not an equivalent value in my eyes to a bottle of prosecco. The sandwiches weren't sandwiches at all they were strips of slices of bread with toppings on! And the bread was stale and the toppings were gross. They also sat us in the lobby so every time someone came in or out they walked past us and and there was a huge gust of wind. We were in and out in half hour.
Beautiful venue with great service. The afternoon tea was delicious. Very relaxed atmosphere with plush seating and the most gorgeous crockery. Would definitely go back again.
Lovely afternoon tea experience with Prosecco, my fiancé and I loved the sandwiches and sweet treats accompanied. Amazing and friendly staff which enhanced our experience. We will definitely visit again very soon!
Took my friend for an afternoon tea and we had a pleasant experience. The sweet treats were lovely. They also provided us with non-alcoholic Prosecco as my friend doesn't drink alcohol, and she said it was the best she ever drank. The young server was helpful and pleasant.
Afternoon tea with Prosecco From the minute we got there Karolina and Caroline made us feel welcome, offered us our drinks and explained the delights on the tea stand. Made sure we wanted for nothing. Thank you both for a fabulous experience!
Unfortunately quite an average afternoon tea. I took a friend here for her birthday and was glad she had a sense of humour about it. The sandwiches were made with stale bread except the smoked salmon served on a Jacobs cream cracker, which was a bit bizarre, and the scones were ok but not freshly made. Our server was lovely and friendly though.
Arrived for a cream tea afternoon with champagne. Was slightly disappointed as felt like we were in a reception / lobby area. Was at first offered presseco but told the waitress it was champagne. Couldn't fault the sandwiches or the cakes they were delicious. We did find that once we were given our sandwiches and had drunk one pot of tea. The waitress took a long time to see if everything was ok and I had to ask for more tea. Overall it was nice, but lacked good background music and ambience.
