Bang in the city, yes it is expensive, but really good. I often am sceptical about cocktails at restaurants, but this place really does good drinks overall, and would cater to other drinks/shots too if you ask them. The food is really good too. We had fish and a few sharing dishes, all of which were good. Portions of the sharing plates is not too big. I found the mains to be just enough. It's a very relaxed atmosphere and no one is rushing you out. Good outdoor space to have a drink too. I did book in advance, which would be a good idea, as it did get a little busy.
Located in Broadgate Quarter at the lower level of the Circle. The Botanist is well situated. They have a large outdoor terrace with tables and seating and several indoor bars which can be utilised as Semi Private areas. They also have a downstairs bar and event area. The venue is lively with DJ and is popular with City Workers especially as a place for after work drinks and Company Events.
We booked the unlimited brunch with friends. The booking process for groups was quite strict paying in advance, preordering a week before the date, but in the end everything we needed was accommodated, including our last-minute changes. All staff were polite, patient, and professional. The price is reasonable and the brunch has good value for money offering enjoyable drinks and dishes. The premises were quite large and had a pleasant atmosphere. The place seemed well maintained, clean, and looked after. We all had a lovely time and recommend it for any occasion.
I went for lunch here yesterday with a friend. The food was great and the service was fine, if a bit slow. However, what I don't appreciate is being asked to pay a service charge on the card machine after you have already added a service charge can't remember how much but probably 15%. It is devious in the extreme and I've never come across that in any restaurant. I am sure lots of people don't look at their bill and so they are paying two service charges. Please change that or you're going to lose custom.
Great location, super chilled and cosey. The food was top draw and the staff attentive. Unfortunately the G&Ts were fairly dull, presentation wise as well as taste? And the cheese board was at best lack lustre and at worst insulting given the prices on menus these days.

Amazing place! we did a bottomless brunch in the evening. the music and atmosphere is great. Our server Alexandra was amazing amd always made sure we had drinks! will definitely be back :Food: 5/5
Sofia was so lovely!!! She served my friend and I all night and was so so lovely!!! She made sure our needs were met and always kept our glass full! Our night felt wonderful and she made it that much better! Definitely five star serviceFood: 5/5
Albjona was a great waitress providing us drinks promptly. We came for our friend's birthday and it was a great atmosphere with music and services and was a lovely venue. Yhe peach honey drink was my favourite! Will highly recommend!Food: 4/5
We came for a birthday party and had the best time!!! We were quite a big group Albjona was our hostest and she was very attentive and made sure we all got our drinks. I loved the steak and the Peach &Honey drink!Food: 5/5
