Took my mum for mother's Day then went again the weekend after as we had such a good time. The food is amazing and is all reasonably priced. The staff are warm and friendly. A really nice place to visit. Will definitely be going many times again.
Celebrated my sons birthday at zizi Starting with the ambience it was great considering the location next to the water. The staff was very nice and they were helpful in setting up things. The food was lovely with a great menu to choose from most of the Italian dishes. The entree was recommended by the staff and was delicious
Lovely meal and like the idea of the new express checkout so your not waiting around for the bill. You can add a tip, pay your bill and go. We had Sofia pizza and king prawn linguine
Nice food, reasonable atmosphere. Good range of choices for vegetarians, vegans, carnivores and omnivores. Reasonable service. The fresh juices are not, in my opinion, up to Wagamamas standards, but are fine if you want something healthy to drink. Prices are average, though can escalate to £75+ for a family of four if you have starters, mains and drinks. Popular with our children too.
Bit under staffed, but the food was very nice, food was hot when received it and a nice atmostphete. Had a great allergy menu. Dietary restrictions: They have an allergy menu which made it really easy to tell what food could and couldnt be had.
Just been for dinner with 11 of us. Considering the time of year and how busy restuarants get, i was really very pleasantly surprised. The food was very nice. Not too long to wait and service was very friendly. Well done to all the staff both chef and waiters for doing such a fantastic job. Thank you for a lovely dinner. Vegetarian options: For me veggie options were lovely Kid-friendliness: They are very kid friendly here and catered well for them
Just had a belated valentines dinner there. Amazing food. We both had the chicken risotto. So tasty. And garlic bread.Food: 5/5
Food was amazing, lots of it cooked well and quickly. The ‘ chocolate sundae’ was not really a sundae and just some Ice cream in a bowl with some shiny sauce on top which was disappointing, the staff were very polite but just never present, we had to keep getting up and walking over to them to ask for everything. I think if we’re hadn’t kept pestering we would still be there now! All in all a good experience just needed more attention from the polite staff that’s all. Fed 5 of us. 2 kids meals and 3 pizzas . Garlic brea d , with 1 drink each and 1 pudding for 1 of us came to £110. I would go again.
Never dined here before. First impression on arrival if I'd been on my own this would have been enough for me to just walk away and spend my money elsewhere Good afternoon, we do not take cash, and we have no potatoes but have chips. So. I do not like this discrimination that is manifesting around. There should not be the attitude, that you are not welcome if you pay cash. Then to say you have no potatoes really odd. The meal was ordered. My meal missing it's potatoes was not given a portion of cups or asked if I'd like some as a substitute. Part of my meal was some pork crackling. It was however like a bit of tyre. Inedible rubbery lump. The garlic bread we ordered came after we finished our meals. We took it to go because we'd finished. They did however deduct the cost of that from the bill. I'd not return to eat here.
the food was amazing but one staff member made our visit very uncomfortable. a waitress was talking completely down on another colleague who is just a young teenager and herself being a full grown adult, clearly making her feel uncomfortable and to be honest with you it was uncomfortable to watch and muttering things under her breath about her. it is completely unacceptable to treat people the way this women was treating her. so i asked another staff member who she was and her is name cara.
