I’ve been to a few of these chains and normally they’re all pretty much the same. On this occasion I cannot fault the staff. Friendly, polite, quick to seat and serve is and food arrived hot and fresh. The pizza however nice, was over oiled and I struggled picking up a slice without it folding in on itself. I had some squid for starters - a bit bland and not much taste. Overall though the food is satisfactory and portion size is good with a large choice of menu items to pick from. For a group of 4 with staters and drinks, price came in at just over a 100 quid so reasonable.
We had a wonderful meal there . The food was delicious and the service fast and very friendly. The restaurant itself has a great decoration that gives a really nice vibe.Food: 5/5
Went for lunch. Worst Margherita pizza ever. Worse than frozen pizzas, burnt and unappetising. The service was slow, over 35 mins for 2 pizzas to arrive. Kitchen was clearly understaffed. 'Fresh orange juice' from drinks menu was a lie, bog standard slightly bitter OJ. The server asked if we wanted to take away uneaten bad pizza, and we said no, it's really bad. No reaction, no apology, and proceeded to take it back. They were probably used to these comment. Save yourselves disappointment and give this restaurant a hard pass.
On my visit today , Ja Ja was our waiter who is friendly and actively engaged. But she didn’t ask about the dishes. The min dishes was horrible, mixed seafood risotto which was dry , uncooked rice and cold. I never had taste like before. The starters was okay, chicken wings and garlic bread. I recommend not to order Risotto !!! Parking: Plenty of parking
Both the service and food were amazing. Adel was our waiter and he had great customer service - attentive and friendly. We did not have to wait very long for our food either or to be sat down. I ordered the king prawns for the starter and they had a delicious flavour. As for the mains, I asked for the lasagne and it did not disappoint! Very hot and you get asked if you want extra cheese on top which is great. This was paired with the garlic bread which is a MUST and they married together perfectly. Lastly, the desert to end the evening off on a sweet note. I had the brownie which had a perfect amount of sweetness and softness. The brownie blended nicely with the ice cream. I will 100% be returning back to Bella Italia Bluewater. I have been here twice and it does NOT disappoint. If you're looking for a nice, comforting, warm meal this restaurant is for you.
Went to Bella Italia on Sunday. I personally found that place not to the standard. All seats are stained and dirty. Tables not 100% clean and food is just OK. To add to the food feedback - my pasta has very hot temperature on one side and super cold on the other. And yes on the same plate. My sorry - but food is barely just reaching average. Using the right ingredients is saving them. That's it. Staff - they were nice and helpful. They are holding the fort.
Took my son to Bella Italia for a celebratory dinner, the waitress we had was very friendly & always had a smile on her face & was always polite as well. Her name was Sabina. She took our orders & also highly recommended a drink to us & we both totally enjoyed the drinks. I had the lasagne, my son had the picante pizza, we both shared sweet potato fries, Calamari & Coleslaw. All the food was totally delicious & well worth the money, I’ll definitely be eating there again & I’ll be taking my son there as well.
Just got back from a evening meal at Bella Italia and the yeah the whole meal was pretty disappointing. Ordered the Chicken Milanese it was over cooked and completely dripping in grease. One of our group asked for some water and got a jug with four glasses what was nice but sadly three of the four glass stink of cigarette smoke To top it off service was so slow that at the end we just wanted the bill so we could get out of there.
The was my first time here and I most say I was not disappointed. The only thing stopping them from getting a 5* was the waiting time as I think they was under staffed but was the order was taken the food came out very quickly staff was friendly and nice. Kids get a 3 course meal for under £10 and the portion size way good for the price. The mushrooms start was good. Parking: This restaurant is based in Bluewater shopping centre which has numerous parking space Kid-friendliness: Amazing for kids as they colouring for them to do and an amazing kids meal menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Based in Bluewater shopping centre they are located at the bottom with the shopping centre having and life to easy get around
Had a fantastic meal this afternoon and could not Fault it, my wife is coeliac and so requires a gluten free menu and a large portion of the menu is Gluten free. The service was excellent we were served by a Lady called Rishiha, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and didn't rush us but was at the same time very attentive. The only reason I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere is because it was mid afternoon there wasn't that many people in there. Well done Bella Italia
