Worst company to have business with ! Never on time … and a lot of the times your delivery won’t show up at all…nnAll they can do is apologise. Won’t do anything to resolve their own mess..nnNot surprised that their drivers walking out in the middle of the shift…nnIn the nature of businesss that we are - if you had IT issue , 1st it you have to inform us first thing in the morning so we have time to find solution… your representative informed me at 11 o’clock… leave me no chance to sort out the issue… so cause of your IT issue I have to say to my just that I don’t have an item that you failed to deliver… Situation like this cause me financial loss… well that must have been your loss, load food in the cab and send by cab… why we should suffer cause of your mistakes ?
Really terrible service. They have often just not delivered our order due to ‘technical problems’ and they never call to let you know. This causes extremely frustrating knock on impacts in a busy kitchen. It’s always very hard to get through to anyone and when you do they NEVER offer any help or a practical solution. They have also sent us food that is mouldy several times. We have been incredibly disappointed by our experience and I can’t dissuade fellow food companies enough to not choose Albion as a supplier.
Missed items on delivery notes, drivers blaming packers, managers blaming drivers etc. You call to complain, you get some half arsed excuse and apology, before in my case just now, being hung up on!! Then they conveniently fail to pick up the phone despite calling back 6 times. Beyond useless.
Your delivery drivers have no respect for the communities where they deliver. Blasting loud music at 9am, leaving trucks running and parking on pavements.
Horrible experience as a driver... Get messed about daily, Transport managers/supervisors don't give a toss about you.... No wonder there was 26 agency drivers there.
