Terrible food here. The new buffalo tower burger isn’t worth the price tag and isn’t nice at all. I’d say avoid this kfc as service is non existence. Staff set your order as ready but isn’t for another 5 minutes just to make their metrics look better.Food: 1/5
I ordered a Zinger burger box meal with a piece of chicken for takeaway. Brought it home and opened it to find the chicken was at least half the size of regular piece of chicken. I placed the chicken on the burger bun as size reference, its absolutely tiny.
This was a standard KFC with the same quality of food I have experienced elsewhere. Unfortunately, it seems that anyone below average height or in a wheelchair was not considered when this venue was designed. I was unable to use the self service screen as it was positioned too high and there was no option to bring the info on the screen down to the lower half as there is in places like Tesco and McDonald’s. I tried to order at the counter but it was, again, so high that the staff could not see me and I had to raise my voice and wave my arm over my head to be noticed. When I was served it was by a lovely staff member who was professional and efficient. Given that this is such a high profile chain, I am disappointed at the lack of attention to accessibility at this store. Wheelchair accessibility: The venue is accessible in that you can get in but there is poor accessibility when attempting to place an order.
This is a very well run operation that I’m guessing is a franchise business. They serve food promptly and the chicken is really properly cooked. One small gripe is the chips are under done for my liking but that’s the same in most places I go. The gravy pots are legendary and I recommend to give it a go if you like fried chicken. There’s lots of seating in the shared seating areas. You can also charge your phone free in a couple of places that are located in the shared seating area close to Nandos. My chips were stone cold when I got them, orders were coming in and the food had just been sitting there for god knows how long. I sent my chips back because they was freezing and the second lot had a weird taste. The chicken was warm and not a very good piece of chicken lots of bits I could not eat.Food: 2/5
Absolutely disgusting the new board system is awful, queued for ages, then finally get to the board, ordered our food and then waited forever when the food finally arrived one of the orders was completely wrong, the chips were cold and soggy and the chicken was the worst ever. How you can serve such inedible rubbish is a joke. It is daylight robbery and will never return, used to love KFC and you’ve ruined it.
VERY DISSATISFIED multiple green chips, slapped together burgers, ordered a teriyaki burger which the chicken looked like a nugget and it was just all together terrible highly DONT RECCOMENDFood: 1/5
Tried to find out any offers running the lady on the till was not answering then i asked her to order 6 wings she ordered it which was 4.17 but i can the same wings for 3.98 so i ordered them in the machine the lady later came to to the till and talked to me very rude way why did you order here then which she shouldn’t its my wish and she is wearing a black t shirt old woman with no name tag standing at till shame that KFC is recruiting such staff who are not all trained how to treat the costumers properly never visit KFC bluewater again.
It's a great way to have a rest of your shopping and have some lovely food. Variety is big from tea/coffee break, through fast food up to Nandos, Pizza Hut, Wing shopin them three you could actually sit in the restaurants and more. Plenty of seating area with weather improving the tables outside are popping out too. It can get busy and noisy around lunch and dinner. If you are looking to sit, relax and do something - choose your time.
