Excellent tapas, if a little expensive but then this is to be expected for tapas in this country. The wine list is interesting and all of good quality, with something for everyone. The staff are all very friendly, most seem to be Spanish and are always efficient. Considering the quality of other eating options in Bluewater, this place is highly recommended.

Very friendly manager. My dish had far too much salt in it so I left it and asked for the bill to the waiter. He said hang on I think you won't have to pay, and called the female manager. She said its OK you don't have to pay. Spoke to her for a bit. She told me the food is all home cooked meaning nothing comes from frozen. Hated my dish (paella with chicken), crazy amount of salt, but excellent service. Sadly I don't like Spanish food so I didn't order anything else (I wanted to try the paella as its a famous Spanish dish I've never tried). Everything else on the menu didn't appeal to me.

All the tapas are a great reminder of the delicious tastes of Spain! The Spanish waiters are very friendly too!
