Fast service, staff were friendly. If you're an anxious person, you can order and pay from the app instead of the tills. They can cater for dietary requirements. Food was really delicious with an unlimited selection of sauces to your liking. The bottomless iced tea is lovely! Dietary restrictions: Will give you a separate menu depending on your requirements and make your food separately away from the others to avoid cross contamination.
Food was good. You can order from the app if you don't want to go to the tills. Unlimited sauces. I knocked off a star as the drinks machine was not working so they only had coca cola and our order arrived a little late. It was very busy on a Sunday at 5pm. They have seating inside and outside the restaurant but it is a little crapped so not great for wheelchair users or pushchairs. Toilets were clean. Parking: Part of a shopping mall so plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult for people with wheelchairs or pushchairs to access as there are steps and not alot of room to move around
We had the lemon spiced 1/2 chicken, medium spiced 1/2 chicken with 2 regular peri peri salted fries, corn on cob and 2 regular fries and caramel cheesecake for desert costing £17.75 per person. Food portion was good we requested to pack what was left and we really enjoyed our food. Customer service is also very good and they are friendly.
Very quick service..a very busy place. We orderd chickpeas burger..I orderd it hot but seriously I didn't know it would be soooo hot. It was very tasty never had it before definitely recommend it.Food: 5/5
First time visiting Nando's in Bluewater on Tuesday 14th round 15:30 on entry we had a warm welcome we were seated where we wanted to be seated. Lady explain to us how to order via the app or at the till we chose to order at the till. With no problem. Food arrive at a reasonable amount of time. Food was lovely as always unfortunately the only thing I let down was the staff behind the the till mucking about when my friend went up to get another drink they're swearing to one another. In all my time is been at a restaurant I have never come across this in my life I used to review restaurants I would say 90% of the time they were good if I was reviewing this restaurant you've got 0%. It's a great shame I love my Nando's this must be the worst one I've ever been to I think your staff this needs to be retrained . Don't let this put you off people the food is great restaurant was nice and clean didn't see any issues there. If you are visiting his place enjoy your meal They never respond to negative feedback I shall be emailing your CEO
Good value for money but pricey bottomless drink option spoils the show. The chicken is second to none on the high street when not burnt. Was here in July and it was busy so the food came a bit late but that’s understandable. The staff managed well.
Waited 15 minutes after ordering to be told that they didn't have the item we wanted at the moment and it would be a fifty minute wait . I changed our order and waited another twenty minutes for our food to arrive, which was not what either of us had ordered, this was taken away and replaced after another five minutes.I had one still frozen chip on my plate and my wife's mash was still frozen at the bottom of the bowl! The place was like dining in a corridor. Very disappointing. I've never had a bad experience at any other Nandos.
Chicken was good as usual a bit pricey but nice enough. Waitress brought the glasses over with fingers on the inside of the glasses. Ordering by app whilst in the restaurant was a bit soulless.Food: 4/5
Not baby friendly. We went there with a pushchair and there was a step to get to the tables. All tables are so close to each other than people keep touching your pushchair to be able to get through.
Best ever service by a Colombian Waitress. Food good, but not really gluten fee. Had stomach ache afterwards.Food: 4/5
