Buyer beware, the returns policy is in the interest of Zara and the staff make it difficult to make returns also. A female member of staff was rude to me and when I politely asked for her name she replied rudely that she does not have to and will not give her name and it is the company policy. I guess it could be a store policy so no individual in particular can be complained about. I will not shop with Zara again based on my experience. Also as I was in Leicester store yesterday and the it was like a jumble sale, cloths all over the floor and very few members of staff around.

Rude customer service. Never answer the phone always lines busy been trying for 3 days will be poping in to speak to maneger and make a complaint.

This store is a disgrace. There are clothes all over the place and items are creased and all in the wrong place and not folded. The staff appear to be more interested in standing around and chatting... This has put me off the brand altogether!!! Don't Bother!

Hi Zara. I am contacting you about the store in Solihull. The changing rooms are filthy. The floor has furry dust all over it. The locks on some of the changing room doors are broken and have been for some time. The store is a mess. Clothes all over the floor and stacked high. I understand it is busy but this is the norm. Today i went in, 1 week before xmas and no one on mens... except there was. Standing around chatting. They then had the cheek to tell me to go to another till on childrens or ladies which were already rammed. Staff look at you like an inconvenience and are rude.
