I suggest a nicer sales assistant. lady today was rude when I asked for a different bag because it had a massive hole in it and I didn't want to lose anything I just paid for ... I got a reply of it isn't that big ... it was bigger then a golf ball !... went back the 2nd time and asked again and I got a snotty reply of ill need the bag back first .. no thank your or anything ... may be a 5p bag but still as a customers the lady should have been more respectful !

Sunday 19th June. Such a wonderful sales assistant who spent so much time with me trying to fit me out with a wedding outfit. I didn't get her name but she may have been the Manager or senior sales person. Many thanks for your help.
