Walked out of this store for, I think, the third time, due to the terrible service.  Had to wait for several minutes before a member of staff noticed me, and broke away from the gaggle of assistants having a chat.  Finally handed me the boots I had requested and disappeared, leaving me having to call for another assistant to find me a shoe horn.
Absolutely nobody around to see whether I wanted to buy anything, so I left.
Have just been to Kings Heath store, had a completely different experience, very good service, and bought the boots I wanted.  Bonus! They were now in the sale!
