My partner purchased my engagement ring from Beaverbrooks Solihull and it required a resizing, the staff sat down with me and took great care in making sure I had the correct sizing and was comfortable with the changes required with my ring. All the staff here are friendly and welcoming and very pleasant. They told me that the resizing could take up to 3weeks but I had my ring back in just over a week and a half and the repair was absolutely fantastic. Would have no issue purchasing from here again!

My partner purchased a specialist item after much deliberation, but it seems he was mis-sold the item as it did not perform to the specification requested at the time of purchase. After agreeing with the store for them to replace the item and after going home to collect the original packaging at their request, he was then told they would replace the item but would only give a £350 credit note for the difference in price. We had no faith in the staff in store and felt as though we had been misled and fobbed off! We will definitely not be shopping at Beaverbrooks again and certainly would not recommend them!
