Hollister Co.

As always a great experience in store. We having been coming to the store for over a year now and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Prav has helped us a few times over our many visits and has always provided great customer service, looks smart and very friendly. He and the other staff as well as the store always smell good too I think they wear their fragrance which leaves us always buying a new bottle of So Cal. Each staff member is smiley and polite. A great store with even better staff. Thank you for consistent service which is top notch!

Too dark, too cluttered and too young! OK for someone 20 or under but I can't maneuver around here in my powerchair, there are some areas not accessible and the clothes are over rated, but I am older than their intended audience! Avoid unless you are a teenager.

Went in here not too long a go, clothes are so fantastic in there, at the time i didn't bring my money, i was just looking but honestly when i have money I'm going to buy at the whole mens section, joking. But honestly the clothes are fantastic material and super comfy when touching them!! Definitely recommend!!

Went in the store today looking for a t-shirt and there was only 3 tshirts that was x large... In the entire store! Had the sales assistant with me and he checked out the back. Very poor... Or has everyone just put alot of weight on over lockdown and brought the bigger clothes!?! Staff great

My first time in Hollister and pleasantly surprised that no "old folk" alarms went off I'm a bit outside their target demographic!. Very helpful staff and a decent range of clothes that I could see myself buying - my wife got a very nice coat in there and they have a good loyalty program £10 off our bill this time for signing up. Ill be back when my wardrobe needs a refresh and recommend any 40+ to take a look if you haven't quite thrown the towel in yet and get all your clothes at M&S .

We knew what we wanted to purchase from Hollister but unsure of designs/fit. Luckily for us there was a really kind, knowledgeable and confident member of staff who knew the ranges really well. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he kept on bringing us different sizes until we got the right fit. The shop had a lovely atmosphere and the staff clearly enjoyed their work.

Always a pleasant experience going into a hollister store, staff were attentive and polite and I just LOVE that smell! Only thing I always fault in Hollister stores is the lighting, while it makes for a great 'feel' for the brand, it can sometimes make colours of clothes difficult to see properly. I went in and found easily what I needed, purchased easily, I wasn't asked if I had a loyalty card though, I had to present it myself and sadly the machine to scan it was down so had to enter my email address on their terminal. Otherwise nice as always, good clothes, pleasant staff and that smell.... Gets me every time!

Very good, however as the staff member was quite rude also when they put the item in a bag, it felt as if they shoved the bag at my sibling instead of just passing it to her

I visited this store for the first time yesterday looking for clothes for my grandson, as an oldie I needed help on choice and the staff were brilliant, Never pushy but always helpful, patient and smiling they made me feel comfortable instead of patronised as often happens these days. Thank you so much, I will definitely shop here again

Was served by a bearded chap, very helpful and not pushy at all. Asked what I was looking for polo t-shirts and provided a range of different fits not just sizes. Really made a difference to the normal shopping experience.
