Three - Solihull Store

Needed to buy a replacement phone as my old one broke. Went in looking for a new phone. Not a new contract as I still have 7 months left on my current one. As soon as the guy realised I wouldn't be getting another contract on top of the one I already have with 3 his attitude became appalling. Made me feel like I wasn't welcome at all. Not a very good experience. As soon as my contract ends with 3 I will not be getting another one with them. I will take my custom else where!

Upgrade my iPhone 6+ to the Samsung s8+ yesterday served by Sophie who is a trainee but Sophie was very much informed on the products price plans very helpful extremely funny but attentive she will be a great asset to your team thank you Sophie

Terrible company. They only refund or replace up to 28 days and that's under extreme duress. They claim it is company policy ignoring your consumer rights.

I have been trying to call this store for a week and a half and the phone has NEVER been picked up. As I type, the line has gone dead once again.
