Regularly I do wander in to see the new devices and chat, and I've gone in for service appointments, the staff are unreal, very supportive and caring through every part of the job, if you own an Apple device, they will look after you and make sure you walk out satisfied. I would like to say big thank you to Anthony, he's been there almost every time and was the handler of my recent Genius appointment, he handled it professionally and was very friendly throughout the whole transaction.
Helpful staff and a wide selection at products available to try, not to mention classes and trials available too. The genius colleagues seem knowledgeable and will helpfully walk you through any problems you may have. Parking rates are reasonable too in the multi-storey nearby. Be prepared for a wait though, I was booked for a 2pm slot and wasn’t seen until 2:45pm. It’s always busy early-mid afternoon so I’d suggest going early morning or evening.
Visited on a very busy shopping day to resolve two separate issues with a pair of AirPods and an iPhone. Booked the Genius Bar appointments easily online the day before, and those who dealt with me were top notch throughout. Issues fixed and replacements provided free of charge were required. In and out in under 30 minutes. Third great experience here - thanks for the help!
Easy to book an appointment online, dropped my phone off for battery replacement and was told it would be an hour. Turned up 80min later and told its ready in 10min, did this continuously until it was two hours for a battery change. Wouldn’t mind at all if they told me 2hours right at the beginning. I got an apology when it was ready, hence 3stars.
Really helpful and patient when needing help to initially set up equipment
I have been yesterday in this store and I had the bad experience ever . My iPhone is completely broken after dropping it in water for a few seconds and the "best advisor ever" answer was that it's not waterproof , especially in deep water . I can't believe it, actually that man was totally rude to me and joked with me when he should be helping and being nice to the people who come there. Everywhere on the internet it says "Water resistant up to 2m deep" so what does that mean? Does Apple sell lies?? This guy has no idea, I don't know how a person who has no idea about Apple iPhone and watches can work in a big store where they are supposed to help people.
Bob the store manager is great. Fantastic team, fantastic management and a fantastic store. Certainly one of the best apple stores in the country... And I've visited alot of them as I work in shopping centres around the whole UK. Great work.
Very helpful staff, although first person I saw said they may not be able to repair my watch, the technician we saw afterwards gave me a couple of options so my watch has been sent and is even being shipped back to my house once repaired, very helpful staff, and temptation got me as i came out with a new IPAD and magic keyboard with the help and advice of Voss, thank you all.
Would give it a 0 Called the phone support team who told me my iPhone was faulty, and to go to the store drove an hour Was told phone was fine and they shouldn’t have sent arnaught the manager was lying as was the Genius Bar service and a bad store
Very helpful, kind, knowledgable staff. Very satisfied with my experience. I interacted with a security guard, shop store staff and Genius Bar technicians and all were exemplary. Highly recommend. I was seen quickly even though I was late for my booked appointment. FYI they do drop in appointments later than the booked appointments if you need to get to the store after work. Shop clean and organised. Staff not in a rush like in some Apple stores - they take their time to help you and talk you through problems with your device.
