Got an appointment the same day, no complaints there with scheduling. The genius appointment was satisfactory and we had a good conversation. Although he did indicate the 'Apple Pro Vision' goggles were on display on a table behind where two women were sat. Which actually was not visible upon leaving the store. Great technology, where only a small minority of end users will currently impact development. Roll them out on masses and get 'in store' testimonials is my advise!
Went there to change my battery and the service was amazing! They are super friendly and professionals, they gave me an estimate time of 45 minutes. Left the store to have some Lunch plenty to do around the different shops around, then back on time to find the job was done correctly and everything went well! Totally recommend them! Also I was expecting to pay over £100 but I was even happier to be charged under £100 for my new battery! Thanks guys!
Visited the Apple Store today to exchange a MacBook for a different variant; I had expected the process to be quite difficult, fortunately Charlie was very nice and patient with every step and was able to help me reach a solution in the end.nnIf the store manager sees this, please give Charlie a proper thank you from me again and tell her she has great service and social skills with a smile, I know if I ever need further help, Touchwood will be the first place I’ll want to go to.
Had to visit the Apple Touchwood shop and the Touchwood Centre Solihull after one of my Apple products failed.nThe appointment was made online following a few calls to rectify my issue over the phone.nWhen I arrived the staff were very friendly yet professional. They ended up keeping my device for 1 and a half hours while they reinstalled the operating system. They were fabulous, they completed the work and there was no charge.nCan’t thank them enough.nThe Touchwood Centre is a very pleasant shopping Centre, it’s clean and very well set out. The Apple Touchwood shop is a large open plan store with lots of mobile devices on show for customers to pick up and scroll through.nAs previously mentioned, the staff are really friendly and there are at least 10 members of staff so you shouldn’t be waiting too long I believe there’s an appointment system, I would also recommend booking before you handnThere is plenty of parking in a couple of underground car parks that are accessible via escalators and lifts. These car parks get busy at peak times and weekends. Parking fees aren’t too bad either.
Came to the store to purchase a Mac Pro. The Store was busy but we didn't have to wait long for an Apple assistant. The assistant was very informative about the product that we were looking at and helped us with the purchase. No pushy sales or insurance, which is nice.
