Been into the store today to purchase a new phone and I have to admit it’s not my favorite place. However with excellent customer service from Julia made the experience so much more enjoyable. The technician replaced two of the MacBook midnight keyboard keys with space black ones! Used the wrong colours! Drove 40 mins there and 40 mins back only to realise when I came home and the lighting was different.
My iPhone 17 required servicing under warranty so arranged this at Apple Touchwood Centre in Solihull. Staff were brilliant and the repair was completed overnight and collected the phone the following morning. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to explain what had happened to the phone and the corrective action required. All repairs were completed in the time promised for collection. Would recommend this store.
I booked an appointment for my iMac with display problems and was 20 minutes late. The store was extremely busy but the staff dealt with me very quickly and I was seen within 10 minutes. The technician was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Ultimately my iMac needs repairing so I left them with it and the service was excellent.
