I’d heard stories about the staff being rude but never experienced it myself until recently.nnAt 16:42 on a Friday we ordered a single medium cheese pizza to be delivered ASAP - it arrived at 17:44nnThis place is notorious for long wait times, so this was expected. Fine. What we weren’t expecting was for our pizza to arrive totally disfigured! See photo 1 - it seems whoever was slicing it accidentally pushed the pizza all into the corner of the box, happy or ignorant or their work, then gave it their approval to be sent out.nnOnce we got the pizza dropped off and saw the disaster, we called to rectify the issue but were immediately given a standoffish hostile response, telling us we were wrong and they didn't believe us…!?nnAfter some arguing we agreed to getting a new one delivered, but they would be asking for the already delivered pizza back.nnWell guess what? The new pizza they delivered to replace the mess they sent us the first time did NOT match our original order no stuffed crust - see photo 2. What's worse is that the delivery driver was also argumentative when asking for the original mutilated pizza back, wasting our time on our front door step attempting to pull the cold doughy carcass apart, telling us that it was perfectly fine and we could have fixed it ourselves.nnFor the Dominos prices they ask for, you'd think they'd be a little more considerate of customers that have never gotten in touch about issues with an order before...nnThis one bad experience has completely spoiled any chance of us returning to them.
After a long day at work having Tracy knock on my door with my food is always a pleasure! Tracy has the most amazing customer services and has always got a massive smile on her face! Food is always hot and fresh and I would definitely recommend!
Absolute joke of a business will never use again!!!!!nnI ordered £44 worth of food to my address at the lookout. They all know the lookout as i used to work there myself and the delivery drivers have been here many many times. They sent a driver who was aware he can’t drive down my road due to car problems and they demanded I drove to collect it… my poorly little boy was asleep as I had to wake him up to go collect it. £4 discount to say sorry:… they were rude and inconsiderate.nnTo make it worse the food has arrived and not correct. Paid 50p extra for all different salad and when open the wrap they have put lettuce & cucumbe… I paid for 7 different salads.. the wrong sauces in the wrap, stale cold wedges and half filled pitta bread charged as a large ?nnWill never use again!
Decided to get a takeaway here a few days ago and was satisfied with the food tasted great and fairly priced compared to similar places like dominoes ect. The delivery lady was very nice and polite think she said her name was Tracy? just wanted to mention her as most delivery drivers are always miserable but she had a big smile on her face: saying this also she did look tired i hope they are getting a good break?
Ordered the american hot pizza with chilly cheese stuffed crustnThey called and said they dont have beef so they will substitute with more meatballsnThe pizza was extremely thin and the crust was doughy and too thicknLike u can actually see the size of the crust compared to the pizza itselfnBetter to use that dough in the base rather than crustnPizza didn't taste like anythingnJust blandnImpossible to even hold a slicenAll sloppynNever ordering again
