Expensive scoops of ice cream. Paid for 2 scoops and I got given half a scoop of each! Rip off... give a proper scoop of ice cream or get someone else that can do it! Don't waste your money.
What a surprise !!!! The young team on duty today were attentive very efficient....and above all very friendly......and bubbly .nEven clearly marked each drink on the top .well done to all
This place is the epitome of hit and miss.nnRoughly every 2 out of 3 visits, the staff are lovely, the food is okay, it's clean, and the hot chocolate *was* out of this world.nn*the hot chocolate is a bit watery lately.nnI keep coming back because when it's good, it's really good. Best place to stop for a coffee in Peacehaven good.nnAnd the park is absolutely stunning to look out at / sit outside in.nnHowever, it does seem to be dependent on who is in. Some of them make amazing hot drinks - others do not. Some staff are friendly and accomodating - others are not.nnIt's like playing Russian roulette whenever I order a drink. I need to work out who makes the good ones!nnA little bit of training and some quality checks would make this place perfect. I don't even mind that it's a little pricey - it would be totally worth it if it was consistent.nnI was going to go for 3 stars but I've added an extra to balance the sheer audacity of the person who complained about dogs in a dog-friendly establishment. You can literally go anywhere you want, you pick a dog friendly place, and then moan about dogs! That's like complaining there are children in the park.
Lovely welcoming staff, I am visiting cafee with my residents and we are feeling really velcoming. I love my jacket potatoes there. One of the best cafe in Peacehaven with wonderful view !: highly recommended
Lovely breakfast staff very helpful and friendlynMy daughter and I were there on the 29th April for a gateway breakfast which was lovelynThe staff were excellent and dealt with two very rude customers brilliantly
