Such a lovely pub with good old fashioned honesty and atmosphereService: 5/5
Great little pub. It's a shame it no longer sells cask cider but the beers from local brewer's Irving's are great. First went in here in the late 1990s and it has hardly changed. There's a spacious, plain garden at the side for the warmer weather and a real fire for winter nights. The Landlord and Landlady are very friendly - a very welcoming pub.
Friendly and welcoming pub, cosy and comfortable. Landlady Cath is running a decent pub here and worth seeking out at the bottom of Locksway Road. Only downside was no ale apart on offer at time of visiting apart from Irvings Frigate which is not the best in my opinion, Abbot was also an option but had ran out unfortunately. Had a great night here, pool table at front of house, plenty of seating. Worth a visit.

To my own experience the pub gone down hill , it dont get busy not opening up on different times I know cost of living hit everyone .Service: 2/5

Great pub, friendly welcoming staff, fabulous for a quiet drink or a fun, singing and dancing evening. Free hire for party's and events. We have had many of our own party's here and will continue to in the future x
This is probably my favourite pub. A fine watering hole for anyone walking or cycling by the harbour. Although a bit dated by modern standards the staff and clientele are really friendly. If you want a pub full of screaming kids, two-for-one meal deals, and bits of food all over the floor - use the one across the road, but if your preference is for a well-kept pint in convivial surroundings, then I recommend the Oyster House
It's a cosy pub with a fire place and jukebox. The locals are friendly and it has a good pools table and a dart board. It was a pleasure to watch 3 generation of a family play darts.
It's in need of a reurb but the hospitality was amazingFood: 5/5
