Great theatre pub , being the king's theatre Southsea. Very friendly staff. Nice courtyard and used by locals daily. Land lady is a very nice person...and it's a dog friendly pub.,
If you’re a lover of the pub experience I wouldn’t go anywhere else apart from the hole in the wall, which I love in equal measures this pub is magic, from the patrons to the staff, good company, good drinks, good service, good atmosphere all together equals a fantastic pub! I hope you never close !

My friends and I had a fantastic New Year's Eve in this pub, although small it has a great friendly atmosphere with compared to other pubs in the area reasonably priced drink
Great pub, beautiful little garden, friendly locals, and based on the theatre community at times, Kath landlady makes sure its a nice public place, but also makes it family and dog friendly.
