Staff were friendly at the same time professional. That they had an in depth knowledge of their products was obvious. Nothing was too much trouble.

Polite and helpful when buying from them, Quite a lot more expensive on furniture and second hand Mobility scooters. Breakdown repairs have a relatively slow response. The trouble begins when you ask them as per an oral agreement to buy back an unwanted mobility scooter, after owning it for a short while, promises are made to phone you back which does not happen, the request is passed from pillar to post and no one person is capable of making any decision This is not an expected response from a small company that would have repeat custom from a partial or badly disabled person. I would certainly not recommend this company and would advise you to use a business that has better customer service and aftercare I had to sell the scooter on a well known auction site and lost a lot of money. I will not be dealing with them again
